We had several goals for Lori's website...

- The second goal was to get visitors to her website by means of the three most popular search engines... Google, Yahoo, and MSN. This was accomplished via search engine optimization at no additional cost.
- Next we needed to provide visitors with the information that they are searching for in exchange for their contact information. ( Our research has consistently shown that simply giving the visitor the information without requesting their information in exchange results in very few sales leads.
- We wanted to allow those visitors that provided valid information to return to the website and not have to enter their information again. These visitors are authenticated via our auto-login feature.
- We created a custom management console where Lori's Team could manage her clients and leads easily from any location with an Internet connection.
- Her new website was integrated with the area MLS to provide visitors with local homes to seach. Also, she wanted to include her listings on the website without having to upload them to yet another system.
- Finally, the last goal was to provide a simple to use email marketing (drip mail system) and e-newsletter to stay in contact with her past and future clients whenever they desired.
We were able to quickly meet her goals and LoriTyrrell.com is currently ranked #4 on Google, #8 on MSN and rapidly climbing the ranks on Yahoo for the term "Oviedo real estate". This term is the most desired term for this industry and this location (That is very important to maximize ROI).
